A
placement test is required for ASB applicants
as part of the application process. Students
are tested for their basic knowledge and proficiency
in English. The test result will determine whether
he or she requires the ESL program.
High
school students take mid-term and final examinations
every year.
Elementary
students take the the IOWA test which is given
in Grades 4,6 and 8. This allows us to compare
our students to children in the United States
who take the same test. It also gives the curriculum
coordinator an insight into how our curriculum
should be improved.
Junior
and senior students take the SAT and TOEFL tests
as well as practice tests in order to apply
to universities abroad or Thai universities
with an international program.
