SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM 2008

JUNE 16 - JULY 16, 2008

The American School of Bangkok is offering an academic enriched and fun-filled, themed summer school program. This program is open to all ASB students and any interested students from other international schools. The session will operate from June 16th - July 16th 2008.

The theme for this year’s program is ‘Building Leadership – Saving our Environment – Learning through friendship, play and exploration’ with an academic focus on literacy and composition. Academic sessions will include speaking, listening, reading and writing activities allowing students to strengthen their abilities to understand and develop written and spoken English. During the 5 weeks course, students will also engage themselves in the creation of alternative energy projects, be part of adventure and nature activities, join in leadership and team building challenges, perform research studies, attend exciting field trips and enjoy a wide variety of sports such as tennis, swimming, soccer, badminton, and dodge-ball.
