Common medications such as pain relievers (Tylenol, Panadol) or cough relievers (Benadryl or Robittusin) are available over-the-counter in Thailand.

There are several good local hospitals with plenty of English speaking doctors and staff. Appointments can be made prior to the visit though it is not always neccessary.

The two hospitals that ASB teachers visit most frequently are the Samitivej Hospital and the Bumrungrad Hospital.
