The college counselor provides information
and gives guidance to students concerning the
SAT, TOEFL, college applications, study abroad,
and college life. Students and their parents
plan higher education together with the college
counselor. Meetings are arranged for each family.
The school arranges trips to universities
in Thailand for junior and senior students every
year. A university representative provides useful
insights and takes our students on a campus
tour.
ASB holds a university fair on campus annually.
Outside visitors are welcome. Each year representatives
from American universities bring brochures and
application forms to our students and they are
ready to answer any questions our students and
parents may have.
Students are encouraged to browse through
the college catalogs and college guides in the
counselor's library. They may also get information
through the Internet at school.
The school tries its best to reinforce TOEFL
and SAT preparations into the high school curriculum
by offering tutoring classes and preparation
tests. The TOEFL and SAT are standardized tests
for applications into Thai universities with
international programs and universities abroad.
