NEW CAR ROUTE TO SUKHUMVIT CAMPUS & PARKING

Dear ASB Sukhumvit Parents,

We would like to inform you that the Samitivej Hospital will be constructing an overhead bridge to connect their parking building at Soi 49-7 (Amorn Parking) and the hospital. The bridge will provide convenience to the patients of the hospital and also allow ASB instant access to hospital during emergency. Additionally, the Samitivej Hospital will be providing the school with new gates at entrance Soi 49-7, new school sign board, new security guard station and permanent car parking spaces at their parking building for parents’ convenience to reduce congestion in the school during the peak hours. Refer to the perspective of the constructed bridge below.

The construction will take place middle of April and continue for the next 5 months. During the construction period, there will be a road closure at Soi 49-7.

Effective Friday, April 20th 2007, we request parents to use 4 different new car traffic routes for drop off and pick up. For convenience of identification, please refer to our school logo signs along these routes. Parents may utilize any routes of convenience, but if you would like to park your car to visit the school, please park at the Samitivej parking building (from 1st to 3rd floor).

In relation to this, we request parents to affix official ASB car sticker in front of your vehicles in order to assist our school security guards to identify your vehicles as you pick-up or drop-off your children. If you need additional stickers, you may pick them up from Ms. Simmi at the Kindergarten Office.

We regret the inconvenience, but at the same time assure you that we will do our best to ease the congestion during the school rush hours.
