WELCOME
BACK TO SCHOOL YEAR 2003-2004
Dear
ASB Parents & Students, Administration,
Faculty, & Staff,
WELCOME
BACK TO THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2003-2004.
The
beginning of a new school year is always a time
of excitement, anticipation, joy, and renewal.
I hope that everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable
summer and trust that all of you are now ready
to begin another stimulating school year.
As
an ASB Student, you have years of tradition
to uphold. That tradition includes scholastic
and personal success, participation in school
and community activities, building and learning
from lasting friendships, and belonging to a
school that incorporates international diversity.
May I encourage you from the beginning of the
school year to advance your knowledge in a wide
array of fields, and to develop new intellectual
and social skills in academics, physical education,
and creative arts. Set your goals for the academic
year 2003-2004, and strive towards accomplishing
them. Seize every moment to make good things
happen, learn what there is to learn, and above
all, become the person you are capable of becoming.
This year is sure to be a great one for all
of you.
As
part of the ASB administration, faculty &
staff, your dedication, professionalism, insights,
ideas, and the myriad of educational activities
that you have planned for this academic year
will be invaluable to ASB, and will help us
as we work together to improve student learning.
As
ASB parents, your love, support and participation
in all school endeavors is inevitable. Parents
like you make "Parent Unity" a reality,
and enable ASB's Parent Teacher Organization
(PTO) to be an integral, meaningful part of
the ASB by helping to uphold the School's goals,
mission and philosophy.
Once
again - to all members of the ASB Community
- let's join hands and make the academic year
2003-2004 a remarkable one. Liven the spirit
of cooperation and trust amongst each other
to provide the best possible educational experiences
for our children.
With
this, I personally wish everyone a rewarding
and exhilarating 2003-2004 school year.
Sincerely
Yours,
Lakhana Tavedikul,
Director
