PAKISTANI RELIEF EFFORTS
In the wake of the earthquake that hit Pakistan early October 2005, members of the ASB community engaged themselves in a variety of activities (such as bake sales, special movie session, clothes drive, and voluntary monetary donation) to raise funds to help the affected victims.
The school community raised a total of 89,565 Baht from all of the events. Then the ASB Administrators and members of the Student Council visited the Pakistani Embassy in Thailand on Thursday, December 8th 2005, and forwarded the contributions to the Ambassador of the Pakistani Embassy themselves. In addition to the already raised amount, ASB's Director, Mrs. Lakhana Tavedikul, forwarded a personal contribution of 100,000 Baht to be used for the same cause.
